Give Kids the World, Inc.
Give Kids The World Village is an 89-acre, nonprofit "storybook" resort in Central Florida, where children with critical illnesses and their families are treated to cost-free vacations. The Village is full of rides, castles, and even ice cream for breakfast, providing an amazing opportunity for families to make magical memories. Hoagland Law has been honored to work with Give Kids The World on real estate and non-profit regulatory matters.

Lyngblomsten is a Christian non-profit organization serving older adults and their families through healthcare, housing, and community-based services. Lyngblomsten’s newest project, Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, will be a continuum-of-care campus including townhomes, independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, as well as exceptional amenities and a future skilled nursing facility. Hoagland Law assisted Lyngblomsten with all phases of development of Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, including site assembly and acquisition, project approvals, development, financing and construction.

Shannon has partnered with Goodwill–Easter Seals Minnesota for over twenty years, representing them in construction and leasing of retail stores, program service locations, corporate headquarters and distribution centers, as well as general legal guidance on a variety of corporate and contractual matters.
