Global One Commercial

Hoagland Law assisted Global One Golden Valley, LLC in planning and development of The Three.Nine.Four. The seven-acre project, located at the northwest corner of I-394 and Highway 100 in Golden Valley, Minnesota, will contain over 300 luxury apartments and over 100 senior living units when completed.  Hoagland Law was instrumental in obtaining approvals and negotiating development matters with the City, as well as the acquisition of the complex site assembly and the sale of the apartment parcel, with corresponding land development restrictions and ongoing use agreements.
